Raw food

My baby Elsa has always been a picky eater. We've had to deal with food allergies and all kinds of problems with her - and she has been very, very thin. We always figured she just didn't like food that much. Oh boy, we were so wrong. It isn't that she doesn't like food.. She just didn't like the food we were feeding her. And who could blame the little thing, would you like to eat dry kibbles every day?

After discussing Elsa's problems on several doxie sites and FB groups, we decided to try raw food. At first I was not really sure about it: would it really be as good as everyone kept telling me? And it has to be really hard, right?! WRONG! 

After doing some research we found Mush. We are talking ready-to-eat meatballs that you just take out of the freezer the night before/in the morning and a few hours later just serve. And guess what my picky eater said about the meatballs? Well, let me show you a picture of her and her very full tummy.

But now I figured I'd have a different focus here.. So now I'm done with my studies, but LTU didn't get rid of me that easily! Now I'm WORKING there! Anyway, the focus of this blog will be school, doxies, rock 'n'roll AND the upcoming wedding! I've bought some stuff to help me with my year-long project.

Midsummer

In little over a week I'll be having my first vacation ever. I mean PAID vacation. Not bad at all.. The midsummer festivities will take place in Finland with my family, Peter and best friends. Even though I'll be traveling to Paris and Geneva, midsummer is the highlight of my vacation. :D

I'm living a very exciting life right now. We are trying to find a place to live and a new job among some other new things. Not complaining! I'm trying not to stress about all that, but it's pretty damn hard when you're me. I guess it's too much to ask to make everything happen over one night. But at least I have midsummer for sure :)

Islossningen

It's not that strange that I haven't had time to update the blog. I've been busy with the thesis and work, but at the same time I'm so happy this is all soon over. Well happy and sad. The past weekend was great: my parents were here for Islossningen - the graduation party arranged at the university. It feels quite unreal. 5 years at this university and now suddenly it is all over.. 

My parents took the girls with them, so no doxies here right now. I know they are having the best time, but WE find it difficult not to have them here :D Oh well, I guess we should enjoy this kid-free time ;)

Vuxenpoäng?

The past weeks have been busy. Been working on my thesis and handed in the first draft last week. I'm not 100% done with it, but maybe 85% - so right on schedule! I've also been working on my (hopefully bright) future, but more on that later. I just realized that I only have one month left for our final seminar, and by the end of this month we hand in the final version of the thesis. Pretty scary I have to say. And I don't mean that I'm afraid I'm not gonna finish on time, that is probably not gonna be a problem. BUT, it means that I have to become a grown up. Not sure I want that.. :D

Here some more vuxenpoäng: We bought a car, which I am very very very happy about! She is a beauty, just like her owner ;)
